Why didn't they nominate Ryan Gosling for Blue Valentine? Grrrr.
I was really hoping for this one. Gosling's is the best male performance of 2010. I saw the film recently and was deeply impressed by his work.
I'm happy for Michelle Williams, who is terrific as well, but Blue Valentine is one of those films where you feel both performers should be recognized.
